AJAX file upload

Problem

During upload of files into a database, the php script that was processing the file would time out. To avoid this, the script is reading some lines at each instance. ajax is used to keep track of where the processing is left out and to give feedback through the browser on the progress.

In this proof of concept script, the file is just copied the server side, but the processing can easily be extended
