Dvs for \u00e5 v\u00e6re n\u00f8yaktig er det ikke pepperkaker, men engelske ingef\u00e6rkaker. I forhold til oppskriften bruker jeg mer krydder.<\/p>\n<p>Engelske ingef\u00e6rkaker<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g sm\u00f8r (gjerne Kviteseidsm\u00f8r, det er glimrende til \u00e5 r\u00f8re med sukker)\n<\/li>\n<li>400 g sukker\n<\/li>\n<li>450 g sirup (3 dl)\n<\/li>\n<li>3 dl kremfl\u00f8te\n<\/li>\n<li>3-4 ss ingef\u00e6r\n<\/li>\n<li>1 toppet ss kanel\n<\/li>\n<li>1,5 ts nellik\n<\/li>\n<li>1,5 ts kardemomme\n<\/li>\n<li>2 ts pulveriserte pommeransskal (vanskelig \u00e5 f\u00e5 tak i, kan sl\u00f8yfes)\n<\/li>\n<li>1 ss natron\n<\/li>\n<li>ca 1,3 kg hvetemel (+ ca 200 g til utbakingen)\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f8r sm\u00f8r, sukker, sirup og krydder sammen til en por\u00f8s masse. Stivpisk kremfl\u00f8ten og r\u00f8r den i. Bland den store melmengden med natron og arbeid det inn. Dekk til deigen og la den hvile minst et d\u00f8gn (gjerne lengere).<\/p>\n<p>Utbaking<\/p>\n<p>Kjevl ut og stikk ut kaker. bakes ved ca 200 g ca 4-5 minutter (varmluftsovn, bruk h\u00f8yere temperatur ved ikke-varmluftsovn).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pepperkakene v\u00e5re er basert p\u00e5 en oppskrift fra Gyldendals store kokebok fra 1955.
